As part of a broad export control reform initiative, President Obama issued an executive order November 10, 2010, establishing an enforcement coordination center.  In the lead article in the December 2010 issue of The Export Practitioner, Cecil Hunt cautions that the new center must avoid overlapping agency roles and management by committee.
